Dr Christopher Hier, D.D.S.
Dr. Hier has been practicing in Caledonia since 1998. He attended The University of Michigan where he received a B.S. in Biology in 1990 and his D.D.S. in 1994. After dental school, he spent 2 years in the Boston area, working at a large dental practice in the northern suburbs. In 1996, Dr. and his wife moved back to Michigan and settled in Grand Rapids. After working 2 years in Grandville, an opportunity to purchase a practice in Caledonia became available. Dr. Hier is a member of the West Michigan District Dental Society, Michigan Dental Association, and The American Dental association.
Dr. Hier resides in the Forest Hills area. He and his wife, Aimee, have 3 adult children that they see frequently. When time allows, Dr. Hier enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling. Originally from the Alpena area, the family enjoys spending time up north as well.
CLINICAL STAFF
Andrea: Dental Assistant
Andrea is one of Dr. Hier assistants. You may also see her face occasionally working up front helping out. She is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College and has been an assistant since 2002. Andrea and her husband have two beautiful daughters and a dog named Huey. She always has a smile on her face and will answer any questions you may have.
Amber: Dental Assistant
Amber is our newest dental assistant. She lives in Newaygo and has 4 girls and a virtual zoo of pets. When she’s not in the office you can find her working out or spending time on the lake.
Lisa: Dental Hygienist
Lisa is one of our dental hygienists. She will ensure that you have a pleasant experience when you get your teeth cleaned. She not only does a great job cleaning your teeth, but she has plenty of tips to help you improve your home care too. When she is not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family up north.
Dawn: Dental Hygienist
Dawn is another one of our hygienists. She graduated from GRCC in 1993 and has been with our office since 2007. Dawn will take great care of you and your family. You can tell from her enthusiasm that she loves her work and she will certainly motivate you to keep your smile looking its best. Dawn is a lifelong resident of Middleville and enjoys running, hanging out with her dogs and spending time with her grandchildren.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Kathy: Front Desk / Office Assistant
Kathy works at the front desk and is originally form California. She moved to Middleville in 2024 to be closer to her two adorable grandchildren. When she’s not enjoying her grandkids, she likes to bake and hang out with her dogs.
Pam: Front Desk Staff
Pam works at the front desk. She has been a member of our team since 2004. You will see her smiling face when you walk in the door and you will usually speak to her when you call the office. Pam can answer any questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and scheduling. Pam and her husband enjoy visiting their kids in Chicago and Ann Arbor and she is a passionate Red Wings fan.
